A Request

The centenary of the death in France of Percival George Harradine will be honoured in Hilton this September.

Little is known of him except that in 1901 he lived with his parents David and Mary Ann and sister Mabel in Lattenbury Farm. In 1911 the family had moved here to the Grove  , now with a brother called Charles.

Is there anyone in the area who knows of descendants of the Harradine family or who may have information  and who can attend  his Every Man remembered ceremony ?

Also  :- the ceremony for Cecil Wright Ingle will take place at morning service in St Ives Parish Church on Sunday May 8th . It is hoped he will be well represented from Hilton !
