4. To Consider the Following Planning Applications:
Planning Application: To erect a garage store – Beech House, Church End
The Chair was not aware of any objections and no letters have been received. It is understood that the applicants have spoken to both sets of neighbours and no objections have been voiced.
The Committee unanimously approved with a proviso of retaining existing trees would be preferred.
