PRODUCE SHOW RULES
1. Entry forms should be submitted on paper/email/via Hilton web site www.hilton-village.com in the events section. You can email us from this site. All entries should be on the 2008 entry form format. If in doubt call Herbie Collen on 830838.

All entries are free of charge.
3. The show is open to non-Hilton residents who may be awarded highly commended rosettes. All trophies 1st, 2nd and 3rd place rosettes will be awarded to Hilton residents.
4. If there are duplicate entries of the same variety of jam or pickle (classes 58 to 63) only one of these entries will be judged. Entrants may enter and are encouraged to enter as many classes as they wish.
5. All entries must be grown/made by the exhibitor except for classes 27 to 35 and 75. Ingredients for W.I salver classes (classes 50 to 63 only) may be purchased. Class 64 Chicken eggs must be laid by your own chickens.
6. The marquee opens at 8:30am and the marquee is cleared at 10:30 for judging and only the judges and assistants are allowed in the marquee.
7. All trophies must be returned to Hilton Produce Show Committee by 1st June 2009.
8. The committee takes no responsibility for any loss or damages items.
