The PARC Project is a youth scheme organized by  ‘Young Lives' and is aimed at giving young people between 11 and 18 the opportunity to become involved in challenging projects in and around their own communities.    However, the end of the pilot scheme in sight Young lives is looking to pass the project over to the individual communities.  The Parish Council would like to hear from anyone who would be willing to help run the successful Hilton scheme when the pilot programme ends in June.
